Sculpture International Rotterdam

Rotterdam has a two-headed policy for art in public space:
Sculpture International Rotterdam (SIR) is the metropolitan international policy and manages the collection of international images of the so-called 'main' of the city.
The Department of Fine Arts Public Space (BKOR) of the Center for Visual Arts (CBK), Rotterdam develops installations for districts based on resident participation.
