Advice: Zadkine to remain on Plein 1940
The committee dedicated to the research regarding Zadkine’s sculpture ‘The Destroyed City’, chaired by Aad Meijbook, former police-chief, has investigated whether the sculpture should be moved to an alternate location. The committee concluded that the sculpture should remain at its current location at Plein 1940 in Rotterdam, and reported their advice to councillor Laan on the 15th of April 2014.
