This Sunday: 50th Anniversary

“Grande Finale” at 5 pm. at the ‘Sculpture Terace’ on the Westersingel

On this Sunday afternoon, you can stroll from sculpture to sculpture and enjoy the surprising performances. Sculpture International Rotterdam asked performers, artists, dansers, musicians and a chef to bring a performance inspired by one of the sculptures. The result is a collection of stories, songs, acts, and other performances in the center of the city.

Ongoing performances between 2 and 5 pm. Along the performances a route evolves. You can walk this route individually or under guidance.

The tours will leave every 20 minutes between 2 and 3 pm from the Hofplein (Hilton Hotel) near The Idler’s Playground by Cosima von Bonin at 2, 2.20, 2.40, and 3 pm. Taking part in the tour is only possible with a 24 uur cultuur passe-partout. You can walk the route on an individual basis as well.

The ‘grande finale’ starts at 5 pm on the Sculpture Terrace at the Westersingel with Dance Works Rotterdam/André Gingras, music by the Flamingo’s and lovely food and drinks by Lof der Zoetheid (Praise of Sweetness).
